Abu Hurairah Radiyallahu 'anhu narrates that Rasullullah Sallallahu 'alaihi wasallam said: Do not make your houses graveyards (but fill your homes with the remembrance of Allah with Salat and the recitation of the Qur'an). Indeed, Shaitan runs away from the house in which Surah Al-Baqarah is recited. (Muslim: 1824)
