13.4.24  Daily Islamic Message (DISM)  

Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says (Translation): Spend your wealth for the cause of Allah, and do not throw yourself into destruction by your own hands (by not striving for the cause of Allah); and do good. Indeed! Allah loves the beneficent. (Al-Baqarah 2: 195)
