People will face the consequence's of their slightest of good and bad deeds on the day of judgement: Surah Zilzaal Ayat No: 7 To 8 Allah Almighty Says: So, whoever does any good act (even) to the weight of an atom (in this world), will see it (in the Hereafter). And whoever does evil (even) to the weight of an atom (in this world), will see it (in the Hereafter).
